After surviving the sex industry for 10 years and finally getting out, Casandra Diamond wanted to help other women escape and live the healthy lives they were meant to. BridgeNorth started in 2006 in Casandra’s living room over warm meals and conversations of hope and possibilities. Today, BridgeNorth is a survivor founded, survivor led charitable organization focused on restoring the inherent dignity and value of sexually exploited women and girls by meeting their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs.
This year marks our 7th Christmas Outreach, our way of blessing the women, girls and children in our program. The young women we work with often come from broken families. Because of this they may not be able to go home for Christmas, and if they do go home, it may not be a place of peace and warmth. We want them to experience the true meaning of Christmas with joy, peace, and love in their home away from home. With a simple gift, be it a small unique token or an evening out, together we can help to instill a sense of value and worth into each young lady.
This money will go toward purchasing gifts, dinners out or tickets to a Christmas concert or play. But much more, your donation will create a Christmas memory each young woman can look back on with warmth and gratitude. Thank you for your generosity and for partnering with us to make a difference. Donations of $20.00 or more will receive a charitable tax receipt.
